Equipment common to both types of cottages

The outdoor area consists of a small private garden with a dining area (table, chairs and barbecue) and a relaxation area with a small garden furniture and a parasol.

This space will allow you to enjoy good grills and good times as a couple or with your family, whatever the time of day.

With an area of ​​between 31 m² for T2 and 44 m² for T2 + mezzanine, the interior space consists of a kitchen area equipped with a fridge with separate freezer compartment, a cooking area with ceramic hobs, electric oven and microwave. You will also have small household appliances (electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner, fan, etc ...) as well as a dining area with table and chairs.

For your comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine.

The living area consists of a sofa (BZ or sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people) with TV.

In the bedroom you will find a 140 bed (2 people), bedside tables and storage spaces (chest of drawers and / or cupboard) as well as enough blankets and pillows.

The bathroom includes sink, shower, toilet and hair dryer.

In T2: there is also a mezzanine bed for 1 person in the living room.

 

In the T2 + mezzanine: This cottage is equipped with a small air conditioning unit.

The mezzanine is designed to accommodate 2 people (2 single beds in 90) and will therefore be more suitable for children or adolescents than adults. It is low, with a maximum height of 1.45 m.

For your safety, each accommodation has a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

Each accommodation has one or more private parking spaces.
