Our rates are calculated per night (in low and medium seasons - 3 nights minimum) or per week (from Saturday to Saturday in high and very high season). They include all taxes and charges included (water, electricity, air conditioning, WIFI, access to the car park).

They do not include: tourist tax, deposits, as well as any optional additional services (rental of bed linen or towels, cleaning fee, etc.).

The end-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. Possibility of taking an option "end of stay cleaning" in supplement.

The payment of the balance, deposits, additional services and tourist tax is made on arrival (in the event of payment of the balance by bank transfer, it must be effective before taking possession of the premises).

The deposits are not cashed (except damage). They will be returned in the days following departure.

​

The tourist tax is due by people over the age of 18, from January 1 to December 31 (amount according to current decrees).

​

We accept payments by French bank checks, bank transfers, cash, and ANCV holiday vouchers (up to 50% of the rental amount and within the limit of € 500 per rental)
